Our approach to coaching is collaborative and our goal is to integrate the experiences you have in your coaching program into your business practices. We ensure your peers, your direct reports, and even your bosses are included in your progress and contribute to the achievement of your goals. Our coaching model is comprehensive and streamlined at the same time, to ensure you get the most out of your coaching program in the most efficient amount of time as possible.
- Assessment
Our coaching programs incorporate a strong emphasis on assessment and feedback. Using several assessment tools, including 360 degree feedback and additional assessments that provide insight into your individual and leadership style, we provide you with a detailed feedback report from which you can begin to determine areas of focus. This foundation is the platform from which the action planning begins.
- Action Planning
We use several streamlined tools for establishing goals and creating usable plans for achieving them. We gain strong commitments to goals and action plans from both the client as well as those who will contribute directly to the achievement of goals.
- Integration
The action plans are integrated into your daily work practices as we work in partnership with you to achieve them.
- Evaluation
We use various methods for continuous evaluation of progress that are based on what the client is trying to achieve. We agree on evaluation methods up front and build them into the coaching plan. Some examples include: surveys/follow-up interviews with co-workers and employees, evaluation of goal achievement, visitation during meetings, self-evaluation, follow-up 360 degree assessments.
